FWS English news quarterly, Spring/Summer 2017 edition, published
As the Faculty’s official organ and with the aim of reflecting the news of the achievements and activities of the Faculty’s Iranian and foreign students, employees, and professors, the second edition of English news quarterly of the Faculty of World Studies, World Studies Newsletter, was published in Summer 2017.
The current issue of the quarterly constitutes interviews and cooperation by professors from around the world.
Topics covered in this issue include national and international agreements, research news, including new books by faculty members, special reports on the events held at the Faculty of World Studies, including the International Islamic Human Rights Congress, Dr. Ameli’s speech at the professional workshop on “Western Studies Information; Why and How”, the 1st Cultural Week of Colombia in Iran, visit to Russia by the Faculty of World Studies heads of departments, 1st workshop of “Under the Shelter of Fasting” program, and International Conference on “The United States, Human Rights and the Discourse of Domination”, MA and PhD theses and dissertations, introduction of the world’s important scientific associations in the fields of German and French studies, cultural, art, and sports news, and introduction of the new members of the Department of West Asia and North Africa Studies.
All members of the Faculty are invited to assist the FWS Public Relations Department by informing us of their scientific activities and achievements and providing their suggestions and comments.
