As the Faculty’s official organ and with the aim of reflecting the news of the activities of the Faculty’s Iranian and foreign students, employees, and professors, the first English news quarterly of the Faculty of World Studies, World Studies Newsletter, is published.
The first issue of the quarterly constitutes interviews and cooperation by professors from around the world. Topics covered in the first issue are national and international agreements; research news, including new books by faculty members; special reports on the events held at the Faculty of World Studies, including the 5th International Congress on Contemporary Religion Philosophy “Human, God, and the Universe”, reviewing dual spacization paradigm and the cultural future of the world, publishing the first quarterly on cyberspace policy studies, the “Introduction to Jean Monnet Program” webinar, the 38th anniversary of Islamic Revolution attended by the University’s international affairs deputy and advisors, and scientific promotion of the professors; observing the Faculty’s news covered by newspapers and websites; introducing the prominent scientific associations in American Studies around the world; cultural, art, and sports news; and interviews with the Faculty’s Dean and employees.
A section will be dedicated to new and innovative ideas in the following issues of the quarterly. New ideas are necessary for scientific environments, they provide a good opportunity for development of educational, and research quality, and improve the educational institution. Therefore, your creative ideas are appreciated.
The success of the quarterly requires cooperation and common effort by the three pillars of the Faculty of World Studies – Iranian and foreign students, employees, and professors. Therefore, all members of the Faculty are invited to assist the FWS Public Relations Department by informing us of their scientific activities and achievements.
